The Central East Regional Group of the UUA and the Greater Pittsburgh Cluster of UU Churches have collaborated to bring the H-UULTI leadership development courses to our western PA congregations this semester. There are 6 courses available including “Healthy Leadership 101” and “Being Faithful: The Importance of Small Congregations.” Each course involves on-demand webinars and online discussions with teachers and students. There are 3 in-person “Community of Practice” Saturday sessions for deep conversation and sharing of ideas and insights. The online discussions begin in late January and the first Saturday session is January 31 at Allegheny UU Church in Pittsburgh. Additional Saturday sessions are March 7 at First UU Church of Indiana PA and May 2 at East Suburban UU Church in Murrysville.
