Please let this letter serve as your official notice for the upcoming Annual Congregational Meeting on Sunday, 28 June.. This Annual Meeting will be conducted via Zoom video conference. We will begin with fellowship time from 11:30 – 12pm, and will begin the business portion at 12 pm noon.
We will be considering the following items at the meeting:
● The minutes of the 2019 Annual Congregational Meeting
● Amendments to the By-laws (proposed amendments are appended to this notice here)
● Election of Trustees
● Proposed budget
● Contract minister status
● Plans for building use
● Strategic Plan
Please note that a quorum for this meeting will be 28 members. A congregation’s decision by vote is the highest expression of its authority. All members are encouraged to participate as a responsibility of membership.
