Our Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday May 19 2019 at 12pm in Founders Hall. Featuring the democratic process! All members are encouraged to attend and participate as a privilege and responsibility of membership. The meeting will include election of Trustees, reviewing the work of ministries and committees over the past year, a financial report, and presentation of a proposed budget for the 2019-20 fiscal year. Also a presentation on the strategic plan process that we’ve been busy discussing and discerning. All are welcome to attend. Current members who signed the membership book before April 19 will be eligible to vote. A light lunch will be provided and child care will be available.
