“You Are Loved” or “God Hates Fags”? What’s the message you want to greet thousands of LGBTQ folks and their supporters at this year’s Pride March?
Although UUs aren’t organizing a March contingent this year, we can still show our support and witness to our faith by standing on the sidelines with “Love” as our message.
Gather at 11:45am on Sunday June 12 near the Heinz Hall Sculpture Garden at 6th & Liberty, Downtown. The Pride March begins at noon. Bring a sign!
Preceded by a family-friendly sign-making party on Friday June 10 6-8pm at Allegheny UU Church. Come out to make a sign for the Pride March, Roots Pride Walk, or another Pride Month event.
