Family Christmas Eve – 4:30pm
First Unitarian Church of Pittsburgh, Shadyside

“The Spirit of the Christmas Tree” is a Christmas pageant written by Joyce Poley, a Canadian Unitarian Universalist composer who lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. With several original songs supplementing  traditional carols, this delightful pageant presents understanding of the birth of Jesus, with special meanings for people of all ages. The First Church Family Choir will provide music. Seasonal refreshments provided after the service.

“Carols & Candles”. Share the season’s carols and lessons, both ancient and modern. Time to take a breath. Sing. Hear. Pray. Connect to what Christmas means for you. And maybe what you mean for Christmas. Bring the whole family. Stay afterwards for refreshments beside a warming fire.
